Seeker America has acquired Seabird Aviation with plans to move manufacturing to the U.S.
Seeker hasn’t said where it will build the aircraft, but New Mexico is in the running.
Last year, Seeker America, part of CSI Aviation, donated a Seeker aircraft to New Mexico State Police.
Seekers are light observation aircrafts designed for police patrols and surveying.
