Mary Beth Tinker speaks in ABQ

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Mary Beth Tinker, who helped uphold students’ right to express themselves at school based on the First Amendment, spoke at La Cueva High School on Tuesday.

Tinker was a lead plaintiff in the Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District case in 1969.
