The story the nation’s talking about is still the FortHood shooting. investigators are now saying “psychiatric issues” were a casual factor behind Spc. Ivan Lopez’s shooting rampage Wednesday night. He shot and killed three soldiers and hurt 16 more before he killed himself. Lopez was deployed to Iraq, but never saw combat.

All eyes are on Holly Holm as she goes for her first MMA title against Juliana Werner at the Route 66 Casino. A win would get a lot of attention and go along with a national commercial she has coming out today.

At number three a controversy about a piece of lapel cam video from the officer who first shot at James Boyd in the foothills almost three weeks ago. We’ve been asking the city for it, but it says it won’t give it out because the FBI won’t allow it. Now the FBI says it’s just requesting the video be delayed go to to get the full story on this.

An update to the Amber Alert from Albuquerque that’s now making headlines all across the country. Police say Lacey Dewent,14, had a relationship with Robert Butler, 26, for months and her mom says she found him in Lacey’s bedroom once. She claims she filed a restraining order against him. Investigators think the two could be headed to Florida in a blue Subaru.
