At least four people are dead after another mass shooting at Fort Hood in Texas, including the shooter behind the chaos. At least 16 more were hurt when investigators say Ivan Lopez went on a shooting spree Wednesday. He was having mental health issues and taking medicine for it.

Kevin Jaramillo is now on house arrest. He’s charged with eight counts of child abuse, kidnapping and battery. Police are testing the fluid he squirted out of a toy gun into children’s faces to see exactly what it is.

Albuquerque’s Mayor R.J. Berry wants the Department of Justice to hurry up and finish its investigation so the police department can start making changes. He talked about some changes he already wants to make, including making it easier to go after bad cops. One of the police officers on lapel camera investigating Omaree Varela’s parents has been fired. APD Chief Gorden Eden fired Gil Vigil on Wednesday saying he didn’t listen to the 911 call that shows verbal abuse or report it to CYFD. Vigil’s lawyer says they will appeal.
