ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man arrested for squirting several children and teens in the face with what may be semen is no longer behind bars.
Less than a month after his arrest, Kevin Jaramillo, 35, posted bond, something people in the neighborhood were surprised to learn.
KRQE News 13 spoke with one of the victims who was concerned that she hadn’t heard anything about Jaramillo’s release until Wednesday.

“I do find you a danger to the community,” a judge told Jaramillo last month.
On Monday, Jaramillo bonded out of jail and headed home.
“I am really surprised that he got out as quickly as he did,” one of his victims said.
Jaramillo posed for a 16-year-old girl’s boyfriend after she says Jaramillo shot her in the face with a squirt gun and got it on camera in Northeast Albuquerque in August.
Similar reports came from at least seven others, including one girl who said Jaramillo told her he had put semen in the squirt gun.
“It is one of those things where you don’t really want to think about it all the time,” the teen said.
KRQE News 13 stopped by Jaramillo’s residence near Paseo and Tramway on Monday. He didn’t answer, but his truck was parked in the driveway.
His conditions of release show he is on a GPS monitor and can only go to work and school.
“I don’t know how I feel about it honestly. I just hope that he learned and stays away from kids,” a victim said.
Cynthia Prieto, a resident at an apartment complex where police say Jaramillo squirted five children in the face, said she thinks she’s seen him around before.
“Just like, flashing himself or … just streaking or whatever, just walking around in the nude or showing himself,” Prieto said.
She is not happy to hear Jaramillo is out of jail.
“Just that kind of assault is really scary. It is hard, too. We have a park across the street. We have kids all around all the time, just riding their bikes around and stuff,” she said.
Jaramillo faces a long list of charges, including eight counts of child abuse, battery and kidnapping. Police are still waiting on test results to confirm it was semen in the squirt gun.
Police won’t say if more victims have come forward since Jaramillo’s arrest, only that the District Attorney will add more charges if new victims are confirmed.
