APD reports website disruption

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police Department officials say around 10:50 a.m. Sunday, there was “unusual activity” on the APD website, saying it went down.

Officer Simon Drobik confirmed the website disruption was due to a cyber attack.

Earlier this week, Anonymous threatened to attack the APD website, and offered free software for people to download and join in.
