Rio Rancho boy featured in Supercross special

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – A super dream for a Supercross star in the making.

CBS is highlighting the behind the scene drama and real life story of a Rio Rancho boy and his father who have chosen to ride his dirt bike in a special professional race in California.

Cole Wagner is a second grader in Rio Rancho. He will be featured on a CBS special called, “Supercross, Behind the Dream”.

The show follows the dream of a boy who has a love for Supercross and the dangers of the sport that come with it on and off the track.

Film crews were here in New Mexico interviewing the family and following him to the race in California.
