Crews break ground on Bernalillo High School

BERNALILLO, N.M. (KRQE) – Another New Mexico school is getting a face lift.

Crews broke ground Thursday on the brand new Bernalillo High School.

The new school will replace the entire old school except for the gym and will be built for the enrollment of more than 930 students.

The $35 million project will be built in two phases and is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2016. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
