Seven years pass since Clovis tornadoes

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – Seven years ago Sunday, tornadoes tore thru Clovis and left a lot of damage.

The Village of Logan, which is about 25 miles northeast of Tucumcari, was also damaged by twisters.

More than 13 different tornadoes touched down March 23, 2007 – five in Lea County, four in Roosevelt County, one in Curry County, two in Eddy County, one in Quay County and two more just over the state line in Texas.
