Man arrested for indecent exposure

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself at a park and grabbing a 4-year-old girl.

APD arrested 32-year-old Damion Ebanks Saturday afternoon at the Barelas Railroad Baseball Park on Second Street near Bridge.

Several witnesses called police and reported that Ebanks was touching himself in the parking lot and at one point grabbed a little girl and patted her bottom.

According to a criminal complaint, a woman was able to get the child out of his arms and when he tried to flee. Witnesses went after Ebanks and held him down until police arrived.

APD says he was drunk.

Ebanks was charged with aggravated indecent exposure and criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Ebanks plead no contest to indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in July 2015.
