A cold front moved through the state on Friday and that picked up the winds at times in the afternoon. This is the first cold front, two more will move in over the next few days. Our next weather disturbance on Saturday night could trigger some spot showers over the northern Mountains, but it is a pretty small chance. The fronts will drop temperatures by quite a bit in eastern New Mexico. It will be has much as 15-30° cooler in parts of the east by Sunday afternoon.
