Presbyterian kicks off Daffodil Days

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – You can help patients in need by buying flowers this weekend.

Volunteers are preparing 610,000 daffodils for the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation’s annual Daffodil Days.

They will be selling the flowers March 21 and 22 throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Proceeds benefit patients and families in the Presbyterian Home Healthcare and Hospice Program.

“We pay for necessities and emergencies in really bad times and difficult times for the families,” said Daffodil Days Co-Chair, Julie Bowdich.

A bunch with 12 daffodils will cost $6 but if you want an arrangement with a vase it’ll cost you $15.
