ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Major changes are on the way for Central New Mexico students.
A building at the main CNM campus is about to undergo a massive renovation.
Beginning May 15th the lab building will get a $15 million makeover.
To accommodate the project all of the labs will be closed for 16 months.
During the closure most of the science classes will be moved to a temporary location at the main campus.
The building will be expanded by 10,000 square feet with state-of-the-art labs and classrooms.
Plus it will be eco-friendly and energy efficient.
