Chris’ Thursday Afternoon Forecast

A couple of systems are going to be moving in over the next few days.   The first one will arrive late tonight into Friday.  It doesn’t have a lot of moisture to work with, but it will trigger some mountain snow and valley rain with a few rumbles of thunder on Friday afternoon.

After this system departs, another one begins moving in late Saturday.   This one will really ramp up the winds on Saturday afternoon with gusts of 50-60 mph.   Most of the shower activity will be focused in Eastern New Mexico.
