6 former state representatives seek reelection

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Six former legislators are trying to reclaim their seats in the Roundhouse.

Conrad James, Richard Vigil, Bengie Regensberg, Andrew Barreras, Ricky Little, and Andy Nunez, who were all defeated in the last election have all filed paperwork to run in the November election.

All of the state’s 70 house seats are up for grabs.

This year’s race will determine who holds the majority.

Democrats currently hold a lead of four seats.

State senators will not be up for election until 2016.
