John’s Saturday Morning Forecast

Showers over the Northern Mountains and northeast will taper off throughout the morning. As the storm exits, cool air will continue to filter in, making for a chilly Saturday afternoon. Skies will be clearing, however, west to east through the day.

Sunday will feature more sunshine and much warmer temperatures. A westerly flow will help add 10° – 15° to today’s highs for Sunday afternoon. The warmup continues into Monday as highs in Albuquerque will reach near 70°. In the southeast, highs will reach near 80° by Tuesday.

A cold front will enter the northeast corner of the state during the day Tuesday. This front will sweep across the state Tuesday night, allowing for a cooler day Wednesday. A few showers across the northeast will be possible with the front late Tuesday into Wednesday.
