Copper theft to cost taxpayers big bucks

BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Copper thieves have struck again, and this time it will cost taxpayers $10,000.

According to a news release from Bernalillo County, the copper was taken from the South Valley Economic Development Center.
