John’s Wednesday Afternoon Forecast

The little storm that rolled through yesterday will continue to lift out today. Expect clearing skies across the east throughout the day. Temperatures will warm up quite a bit for Thursday. The high in Albuquerque will reach the upper 60s, while most of the east warms well into the 70s. With a westerly flow in place, Thursday will also be breezy at times.

Another storm moves into the state for Friday. This storm will be similar to last weekend’s storm, though snow totals will likely not be quite as high. However, a decent round of valley rain and mountain snow is still possible Friday into Saturday. Cooler air will also move in, especially east where a cold front will drop temperatures.

The battle of the seasons continues into next week. As the storm clears out, temperatures warm right back up for the start of next week. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
