Mark’s Tuesday Evening Forecast

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – With the storm track set up just to our north, New Mexico will miss out on most of the moisture. However, we will get the wind! Yeah! Wait, what? Sadly that is all that’s headed our way over the next few days. Winds will top out over eastern NM in the 50 mph range. Along with the wind, we will have very low relative humidity and warm temps near 70°.

By Thursday, the winds will still be ripping but the temps will drop, thanks to a cold front that will roll through the state. Temps statewide will drop 20° or so. But it won’t last long as temps will rebound through the weekend. Our next shot at a significant storm will hold off until the beginning of March.
