Forensic experts in McCluskey case honored

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Three state forensic experts were honored Wednesday for their work in the John McCluskey case.

The Arizona prison escapee killed a retired Oklahoma couple in New Mexico while on the run.

Lab employees Bonnie Knoll, Carrie Davis and Katharina Babcock were recognized by federal prosecutors for their work in the lab which gave prosecutors the evidence they needed to present at trial.

John McCluskey was convicted and sentenced to life in prison.
