Man in license ring found guilty


LAS CRUCES (KRQE) – It’s a guilty verdict.

A federal jury convicted a Chinese national of running a ring that helped undocumented immigrants get New Mexico driver’s licenses.

The jury deliberated for three hours Tuesday in Las Cruces.

Prosecutors say Hai Gan of Texas bought four houses in New Mexico.
