Mark’s Thursday Evening Forecast

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Snow showers will roll in overnight as yet another storm slides through the state. This system has a nice little punch with it so the western and northern mountains should pick up 3″-6″ of snow. Valley areas of the west will grab 1″-4″ of snow. here in the metro area given that this storm will cross overnight we could pick up 1″-3″ of snow in some favored areas.

Throughout the day tomorrow the chance for snow will diminish and temps will moderate into the 40’s. The weekend looks very nice with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 50’s. Look for one more storm to start next week before we go dry again.

Here is a look at the 8-14 outlook. We may want to enjoy the moisture now as it might be hard to come by late next week.
