Butt injections deadly to woman

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – After two days of witness and expert testimony in a case involving a deadly dose of butt injections, a woman has been found guilty of manslaughter.

It took jurors about four hours to reach a verdict for Natasha Stewart.

Police say Stewart was paid two hundred dollars for referring the victim, Karima Gordon, to a phony nurse who allegedly provided the toxic butt injections.

In court yesterday, Stewart described her relationship with the victim.

Stewart told the court even she’d been injected by the so-called nurse more than 20 times.

Prosecutors say Gordon died from silicone in her lungs just days after getting the shots in 2012.
