Reward offered to find suspect in double homicide

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Crime Stoppers is hoping a reward will finally convince someone to come forward in an arroyo murder case.

In March 2012, 16-year-old Jeremy Trujillo and 17-year-old Samuel Gutierrez were shot and killed in an arroyo near Unser and Arenal while walking home from school.

The suspect is described as a light skinned male, about 18 years old, wearing a white T-shirt and possibly black shorts.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $1,000 for anyone who has information that can solve this case.

Tipsters can remain anonymous.
