Argument over horse ends with one person shot

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police say an argument over a price of a horse ended with one person shot.

Deputies are still looking for the shooter.

This happened just north of 114th and Central on the west mesa in an area where horses are boarded.

APD got a call about the shooting at 5PM Saturday and found 52-year-old Eduardo Brancamonte with a single gunshot wound in his lower abdomen.

Witnesses identified the shooter as 41-year-old Louie Roybal. The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department is still looking for him.
