Temperatures will continue to warm into Sunday…

Chris Gilson, KRQE News 13

Some high clouds from a weak disturbance didn’t keep our temperatures down on Saturday afternoon.   They climbed to seasonable highs or were even above average in many spots around the state.   Temps will continue to warm into the second half of the weekend.

There will be some changes for your Sunday though.   The winds will kick up ahead of a cold front in eastern New Mexico.   So a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Sunday until 6 pm.   Temperatures will be colder in the eastern half of the state by Monday.
